1. how far do you travel?

Although I live in Southeastern Wisconsin between Milwaukee and Chicago, I do enjoy traveling to regions beyond my homestead to help people get the photos that they are wanting. I do have a travel fee when having to go further than my local area. However this fee is minimal.

2. Do you do arieal photography?

I am a licensed UAV pilot through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). A fancy way to say I'm allowed to fly drones. I do offer aerial photography which is not included in usual package costs.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellations need to be done within 7 days of the agreed event to no be charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is rarely an issue. I work to make sure they customers get what they want.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Your photos are uploaded onto a digital platform which you have control of determining who is able to gain access to these photos. Prints of photos can be ordered directly from your online gallery or you can download the photos and print them yourself.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I have several videographers i can recommend, depending on the specific needs of clients. The videographers I trust have all been in their practice for years and would be able to help you with your particular needs

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

I am open to any and all suggestions from my clients. We will work to determine if the pose is best for the photo, experiment with the pose, and determine if the client is indeed satisfied by the preliminary outcoume.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! My first contact with clients is commonly a phone call or a text message. At that point we set a meeting time and attempt to do the meeting at the location they would like to do the photography session at.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Turnaround time for photos can vary depending on the number of photos that need to be edited and the other workloads that may be involved. My average turnaround time is less than two business weeks.
